@Sammy You can check the each user access rights what are the resource they can access and make sure the DNS server is added.

@Sammy First You would have to make sure the DNS Server IP can be in the client access list. Then you have to navigate to the SSL VPN -->Client Settings-->Configure; Then choose the Client settings and make sure the "Enable Netbios over SSLVPN" is enabled.

@PeterParker make sure the server IP address with custom SSL port is defined. As well as check the Firewall is enabled the SSL VPN. For testing try to use another ISP and do the test.
